Releasing The Wrists

To get to the ball your wrists must now lose their hinge. At impact the left arm (right, for you lefties) and club must form a straight line from your shoulder to the ball. This motion happens all on it's own if the prior work has been done correctly. It's a simple chain reaction. NOTE: every great golf swing should look very similar to this picture.

Utilize forearm and upper body exercises solidify your good golf swing.
